These classes will allow children to explore and develop their creativity. The children will use a range of visual art skills and techniques from drawing and painting to collage and design.

They will explore colour, shape and pattern while creating individual art works. The classes will be project based and the children will have a finished piece from almost each lesson. All art material provided.

TUTOR
Mary Timmons qualified from Crawford College of Art, with a BA Honours Degree in 2007. She has worked as an artist for the past fifteen years, exhibiting widely in Ireland and abroad.

Through collage in textiles, paper and clay Mary creates ‘one -off’ wall pieces. Mary has been teaching in the Crawford College of Art for the past ten years and in various centers around Cork City.

(Payment should be made in advance – booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of the full workshop fee). Number of places is limited – registration will be on a first come first serve basis.
