The Crawford Art Gallery in collaboration with the National Gallery of Ireland is hosting three Leaving Certificate study days – intensive revision sessions focussing on key points of the 2012 Leaving Cert curriculum – in January and February 2012.
These events are free of charge and take place on Friday 20 January, Saturday 21 January and Saturday 4 February 2012.
The format consists of a series of thirty-minute visual presentations in the Gallery lecture theatre, with a free tour of the exhibition offered as an optional extra.

12.15 Modern Irish Art
1.00pm Lunch break
2.00pm Tour of exhibition focusing on the art appreciation question.
Please note: this event is curriculum-focused and is not intended to provide introductions to the topics. It is designed by members of the education department and tailored specifically for students sitting the leaving cert exam in 2012.
