Lonradh
Lonradh 2013
A visiting programme for individuals with dementia and their carers
Ongoing

The Crawford Art Gallery, Emmet Place, Cork, invites you to visit the Gallery. Enjoy viewing some works of art, socialising over a cup of tea, and a chance to get creative in the Gallery’s art room. This programme is free of charge.

Sessions take place first and last Wednesday each month from 2pm to 3:30pm.

The Lonradh programme is named after a stained glass window in the gallery made by James Scanlon, the irish word lonradh means to radiate / illuminate. This programme is specifically designed for individuals with dementia and their carer. Group sizes are small, visits are facilitated by experienced, qualified education staff. The gallery is wheelchair accessible.
